General Structure Command
Syntax: upkeep <structure> <option> <etc>
 
This command is used by the owner of a structure to set such things as the
price for entry, the account to credit with payments, to transfer ownership,
set the price for sale, or even to demolish the structure.
 
Upkeep Options
account <bank #> - set a bank account to receive entrance fees
demolish - CAUTION: destroy the structure (not currently implemented)
description - change the external description of the structure
sellprice <amount> - set a price for someone to automatically buy the structure
transfer <person> - transfer ownership of the structure (the person is not
required to be in the room)
 
CAUTION: It is your responsibility to specify a valid bank account prior to
setting the structure up with a sellprice, otherwise you will not receive the
funds from the sale.
