Syntax: feel clarity

This ability gives Jedi additional focus, better enabling them to prepare for
Force combat. While affected by clarity, a Jedi gains a bonus to the their
total force points and will regain them more quickly while meditating. It also
gives four times the amount of Force passively, instead of the low regular
regeneration rate.
