Level 75 Piloting Skill
Syntax: refuel
 
Used in conjunction with a fuel canister you are holding, this skill allows
the user to refuel a ship from the engine room using only the "refuel"
command. This is a timed channel skill that gradually transfers fuel from
the canister to the ship.
 
Note that only one person can be refueling the ship at any given time using
a fuel canister.
