Level 35 Combat Skill
Syntax: snipe <direction> <target>

Experienced soldiers can accurately shoot at long-range targets.
This skill allows you to fire at opponents outside your current area.
 
When you use this skill, there is some delay while you line up your shot. After
that, if your target is found in the direction you're aiming, you'll fire.
Otherwise, the skill will automatically look for them until you cancel or find
them.

Sniping is most effective with a rifle, but it must have a full ammo clip and
be set to full power. You can also snipe with bowcasters and pistols, although
pistols have reduced damage when sniping.
