Level 120 Slicer Skill
Syntax: protect_account #account
 
The slicer, using his knowledge of computer systems, is able to protect an
account from hackers. The protection is strong, jamming the hacker's system,
and causing a strong electric surge. This can permanently kill the hacker
if they are attempting it from a non-safe room or area.
