I've adepted a skill. What does that mean?

You've reached 100% in that associated skill. Not all skills will be 100%
successful when adepted, but it does mean you've reached the maximum
proficiency for that skill. Many skill help files will specify if there is
different behavior at 100%, so make sure to view the documentation for each.
