Tier One Quests
While most in-character things on Legends of the Jedi are prohibited from being talked about per the rules, Tier One quests are exempt from this. New players can sometimes struggle with getting used to the way Quests on LOTJ operate, so we have compiled walkthroughs for most of them. You can also ask others on OOC or Discord for help as well. This section contains multiple spoilers. Please pay notice to the danger level on each quest. It is quite possible to die during some of them marked as High Danger.
Banvhar Station
The Security Commander - Combat

The Security Commander needs someone to deal with his womprat problem in the dilapidated cargo holds and bring proof back to him. He will ask if you'd like to help, in which case you'll want to say yes (see HELP SAY). Doing so will get the keycard you need to unlock the cargo bays. To find the cargo bay area, you'll need to head to the SW corner of Banvhar Station. Look for the closed door to the SE in the Station Engineering section. Some of the womprats wander around, while others are being the locked doors. Try using the keycard to unlock the doors (see HELP UNLOCK). When you've found a womprat, you need to kill the womprat and acquire its pelt. Once you've gathered a few of the pelts, head back to the Security Commander, approach him, and give him the pelts.
It is recommended that you wield a weapon for this quest. If you find yourself unable to neutralize the womprats, you can flee, level up at the holograms gym, and return later to try again.

This quest is hidden. The Commander himself does not tell you about it, but it is found by dispatching of a fleeing prisoner. Much like the quest to neutralize womprats, you will need to say yes to acquire the keycard (HELP SAY). Head over to the dilapidated cargo area in the SW corner of the station, and go inside. The Devaronian prisoner is in the SW cargo bay behind a locked door. Neutralize him (kill devaronian), get the horn, and return to the Security Commander. Then, approach the commander, and give the horn to him.
It is recommended that you wield a weapon for this quest. If you find yourself unable to neutralize the Devaronian, you can flee, train up at the holograms gym, and return later to try again.

They need you to find out why. Much like the previous quests, if you have not already done so, you will need to acquire the keycard from the Security Commander. Head over to his office, say yes, and he will hand it over to you (see HELP SAY). Once you have the keycard, you'll be headed to the cargo bay area. This particular quest could be considered not a quest at all. It's a simple process of walking into the Holographic Fight Chamber in the SE corner of Banvhar station. From there, say Granite Slug or say Tauntaun to spawn the hologram (see HELP SAY). Once it has spawned, you just need to neutralize the target (kill hologram).
It is recommended that you wield a weapon for this quest. If you find yourself unable to neutralize the holograms, you can flee, head to the library to research your weapon proficiencies, possibly buy a Lem's Repeater in the shopping district, and return later to try again.

The injured man has fallen on some hard times and has succumb to one of the worst mistakes possible in lotj; he ran off without any medkits. He needs someone to head over to the medical vendor in the SE corner of Banvhar Station and buy him some (see HELP BUY). Once the medkits have been acquired, go back to the injured Wroonian. Then approach him, and give the medkits to him. This quest can be repeated until level 6 so you might want to pick up more than one medpac.
You can also use those medpacs on him with the first aid skill to reach level 13. First aid will need to be learned in the library once you have reached level 3. Use the research command to learn it (see HELP RESEARCH). To heal the injured man, wear the medpac, and use the first aid command on him (first man; see also HELP FIRST AID).

The hungry student is looking for someone to bring them dinner. It looks like they would be satisified with some insta-noodles. Lucky for them, there is a service droid nearby that offers them. Head to the NW and type list to see what the droid has to offer (see HELP LIST). You'll notice the droid sells Insta-Heat Noodles. By using the buy command (buy noodles or buy #6) we can acquire the requires noodles (see HELP BUY). Keep in mind that this quest is only completable once, so don't buy more than one. Once you have the noodles, head back to the student. Then, approach them and give the noodles to the student.

If you examine the bookshelf (see HELP EXAMINE), it will tell you that you might want to try giving it a push. Use the command push bookshelf and it will open up the secret exit for you (see HELP PUSH).

Then, approach the woman, and give the yellow rose to her.
To find the Nature path, look for a spiraling staircase on the N side of town, or use the local ground transportation service (see HELP HAIL). The Bank entrance is located just west of the spiraling staircase and is an easy drop-off location for a speeder.

Ekoss is an Arkanian Scientist looking for frozen organisms found on Arkania. These organisms are located outside of the city limits. To exit the city, push the palm-scanner along the E border wall. Locations for each organism will be in plain sight. One organism will be somewhere in the Tunnel through Mount Ravkin, the other will be somewhere on the mountain trail. After finding the organisms, return to Ekoss. Then, approach Ekoss, give him the frozen organism.
Due to the cold of the atmosphere outside of the city dome, it is recommended that you find and wear an item that grants immunity to cold. These items are found in the Arkanian Mining Village or the Ladies Coats by Hesper boutique. An example would be A ladies ankle length fur and down coat.

Gar’tu the Weequay bounty hunter needs someone to go collect money on his behalf. He asks you to go find ‘Rizzie’ and tell her Gar’Tu sent you to remind her that she owes him money. To complete the quest, go outside into the mining village and begin looking around for Rizzie. When you see her wandering the village, tell her what Gar'tu told you (say Gar’tu sent me). She will drop a bag of credits. Get them and return to Gar'Tu. Then, approach Gar’Tu, and give him the bag of credits.
To get to the Mining Village, you can take head through the gates on the E side of the city then head through the Mountain Path or use the local ground transportation service (see HELP HAIL). Gar’tu the Weequay bounty hunter needs someone to go collect money on his behalf. He asks you to go find ‘Rizzie’ and tell her Gar’Tu sent you to remind her that she owes him money. To complete the quest, go outside into the mining village and begin looking around for Rizzie. When you see her wandering the village, tell her what Gar'tu told you (say Gar’tu sent me). She will drop a bag of credits. Get them and return to Gar'Tu. Then, approach Gar’Tu, and give him the bag of credits.

He needs you to find a way to bring them back so they can go through his rehabilitation program. The most common place to find these citizens in need, is no where else, but the Underworld. Make your way down there and look for any spiced-out citizens that you see. You will need to approach them, grab them, and bring them back to Doctor Lotus in the Medical Center. Be mindful as you may need to subdue them until they are exhausted or they might break free of your grasp.
To get to the Underworld, you can take a turbolift in the NE or NW parts of the city or use the local ground transportation service (see HELP HAIL). The workshop entrance is located in the Underworld and is an easy drop-off location for a speeder.
You have two options to bring them back. You can either take the same turbolifts that you used to get to the Underworld, or hail a taxi to the hospital. You'll notice the citizen is not in the room with you, but the moment you enter the hospital you will see them. It's a weird interaction between grab and hail that currently exists.

He needs you to find a way to bring them back so they can go through his rehabilitation program. The most common place to find these citizens in need, is no where else, but the Underworld. Make your way down there and look for any spiced-out citizens that you see. You will need to approach them, grab them, and bring them back to Doctor Lotus in the Medical Center. Be mindful as you may need to subdue them until they are exhausted or they might break free of your grasp.

This is can be a very dangerous trip because there are no hospitals on Kashyyyk. Be very careful and do not head into the lower Shadowlands. If you want to help him, leave the bar and head north to the lift. You'll want to tell Shorkkata that you need to go down (say down). When you leave the lift, head to the SE and look around for some berries. Don't forget your flashlight. There are a few more bushes in the Shadowlands, but those will be up to you to find. When you think you've gotten enough, head back to the lift, let Shorkatta know that you want to head back to the city (say up), and return to Grawarr. Then, approach Grawarr, give the berries to him, and wait patiently for his return.

Gottfrid is wandering trade city after quickly stashing his bootleg holo-disks in poorly dug holes within the city limits. He wants you to take a shovel and go dig them up so he can sell them without getting the notice of the local law enforcement. Note: Gottfrid appears as: A scruffy young man paces here anxiously.
To find the boxes, you'll need to dig on the roads that go around the city. You can walk there by heading E along the Overlook Highway from the Trade Center or use the local ground transportation service (see HELP HAIL). The boardwalk entrance is located near the first box and is an easy drop-off location for a speeder. There are four boxes in total. They can be found on the Blue Beach Boardwalk, Dasha Drive, and Mallicker Way. To acquire the boxes, you'll need to use the dig command in the room with them (see HELP DIG). Make sure you pick them up with the get command (see HELP GET). Once you have all the boxes, head back over to where you found Gottfrid. Then, approach him, and give the boxes to Gottfrid.

The owner of the Electronic Emporium in Trade City wants a strong laborer to gather old junk that the local crab population keeps eating. In payment you will receive slicer experience and a small sum of credits.
WARNING: This quest may take you into the ocean and requires killing enemies. It’s urged that you go to the local weapons store on the southwestern side of trade city and purchase a blaster if you have not already purchased a non-starter weapon. In addition you will need a rebreather or gill. These can be purchased in the hospital in the west side of trade city (hail hospital).
Once prepared, make your way to the Ferry located in the eastern side of the city on The BoardWalk. The ferry will take you to the island off the coast of the main city where crabs and other creatures can be found. The ferry operates on a slow timer and when present will show two southern exits on the boardwalk. Stay on the ferry until you are notified that it’s landed again and the exits appear again.
When you find crabs, kill them and gather anything they drop. Be advised that they may crush the electronics instead of dropping the item meaning you will need to try again on another crab. Once you have enough rusted comlinks or datapads from the crabs, you will bring them back to the Electronics Emporium and put the item into the return box.
You can walk there by heading E along the Overlook Highway from the Trade Center or use the local ground transportation service (see HELP HAIL). The boardwalk entrance is located near the ferry and is an easy drop-off location for a speeder.
It is recommended that you wield a weapon for this quest. If you find yourself unable to neutralize the targets, you can flee, train up at the gym, get better gear, and return later to try again.
WARNING: This quest may take you into the ocean and requires killing enemies. It’s urged that you go to the local weapons store on the southwestern side of trade city and purchase a blaster if you have not already purchased a non-starter weapon. In addition you will need a rebreather or gill. These can be purchased in the hospital in the west side of trade city (hail hospital).
Once prepared, make your way to the Ferry located in the eastern side of the city on The BoardWalk.
