FIRSTAID 'FIRST AID' MEDPAC FIRST 'ADVANCED FIRST AID' 'EXPERT FIRST AID'

Syntax: first <victim>

First aid allows you to heal the wounds of yourself or someone else nearby
while holding a medpac. The medpac will be consumed by using this skill. This
skill is channeled, so as long as you're not interrupted you'll continue
healing up to 100%. The quality of the medpac determines how quickly hp is
restored.

Advanced first aid and expert first aid are passive skills which increase the
amount of healing done by 30% each, stacking. (If you have both, you'll restore
about 70% more hp per first aid tick compared with someone who doesn't have
either skill.)
