LOOK looks at something and sees what you can see.
EXAMINE gives the player some detailed information about certain items. It is
also a shortcut command for LOOK IN container. If a player has certain
scientific knowledge, then they will even be able to tell what kind of affects
the item being examined provides the wearer.
