15Immchat is a channel directly between you and the immortal staff, no other
players can see your conversations.

When reaching out on immchat, it is a great help to the staff if you provide as
much information as and context as possible. Instead of "is this working?" try
"I just completed the Lylek quest, but didn't get the reward." Instead of
"hello? is anyone there?" try "I was told to contact imms about my application
that got approved" - you get the idea. We want to try and minimize as much
pre-chatter before we can start helping you.
  
This also applies to roleplay situations and player interactions. We may be
immortal, but we are not omnipresent - we aren't as in the weeds watching the
ins and outs of daily roleplay as some players might expect, so it's helpful to
provide context about a situation or incident with another player when reaching
out on immchat.
   
If you are reporting a bug or an area-specific request, please try to be at the
location when you make the request, although it isn't mandatory. If you are
on-site, immortals can transfer directly to you and fix the problem quickly. If
you file a report with the bug command, it will automatically include the
room, so consider that option as well.
   
If you find yourself not being answered on immchat, please don't be offended!
The staff are all volunteers with different schedules. Immchat is automatically
logged to a private Discord channel for the staff so we have access to the back
scroll, but don't hesitate to reach out again later too.
