Syntax: descitem <item>
descitem <item> lock
This is used to set the description of an item when it is examined by a player.
You can only use this command on certain items that get flagged as
player-crafted when a player creates them: vibroblades, blasters, lightsabers,
spice, grenades, landmines, lights, jewelry, clothing, comlinks, medical kits,
containers, goggles, datapads, fusion cutters, holsters, bowcasters, forcepikes,
canteens, and armor.
When the LOCK syntax is used, the item will no longer be able to have its
description modified by anyone.
