Syntax: feel 'force storm'

A strong user of the Dark Side of the Force can summon enough pure rage and
hatred to create an undirected storm of Force lightning affecting anyone
nearby. The lightning is so widespread that it's nearly impossible to dodge or
block, although through careful application, the caster's own group is spared.
