Yes you can. You can see and talk on talk, inside prison cells. You can talk on ‘clan’ too, but cannot see what people say.
I’m fairly sure you can see talk at least. It’s been a long while since I was in a prison cell with a comlink. You can definitely send messages over ‘talk’ and I’m pretty sure I’ve seen people responding over talk whilst in prison too. (Rahk)

RJ is wrong. You can talk on clan but can’t hear it.
I’ve also been pwned when I went un-AFK. I’ve also put AFK up to go to the bathroom and come back to see something very similar to "There’s 21 angry hunters outside the base" which, had I had channels blocked while peeing, would have lead to pwnzorz.
I think AFK itself is fine how it is, just needs some things fixed about skills effecting AFK people.
When I was in Black Sun some douchebag tried to use lookup while AFK. Luckily I glanced back at the computer in time and un-AFK’d and left.
Oh, sidenote, formclan should require consent, just like teach. Someone used that on my Black Sun char and discovered the char was clanned already which lead to the lookup incident.

You do realize that when you where in blacksun, they could not see that unless you put it in your file. Hidden clans are hidden in lookup. People cant see them unless in the same clan as you.

See, that’s funny, because I never said that you could hear it. Were the rest of what you said correct, I’d only be HALF wrong.
As it is, though, I’ve never seen a successful clan message from inside a jail cell; unless it’s actually been changed since I did a full experiment when I played Hobo, clan messages show up as being sent to the player that sends said messages from inside a commshielded room, but the clan members outside the commshielded room never see the messages; in effect, you’re a member of a 1-person clan when you step into that room. I never bothered to test if clan members in the SAME commshielded room could see clanmessages from eachother, though.

Also wrong. During the Empire, Antonius was arrested and I did a lookup and saw Black Sun.

This was changed then, Vrassk when he had Arakyd captured blacksun bod and some of that other fake sith clan vester did. They fixed it sometime before that so lookup no longer showed hidden clans.

Pretty sure you can resign while stunned. You can also resign when you sense impending doom. Unless you’re AFK, in which case you can’t resign at all.

I know that you CAN’T resign while bound. (It hasn’t always been that way, though.) I don’t think you can resign while stunned, but I don’t remember a specific instance where I tried it, either.
