What’s with people like you, always having to be an asshole to everyone for their ideas and opinions? I mean seriously, all you did was take my post and rip it into shreads. Who the hell cares for the exact price of a wookiee or a rodian? Who the hell cares about my opinion on Jawas? Who the hell cares if Whiphids were abused or not? I’m saying this idea in it self, would be a good addition to the MUD. Not for someone to come along and rip it to shreads with their assholic comments. Posts are not meant to be torn apart by assholic remarks.

Last thing we need is another BH race. Too many as it is, so perhaps you should consider talking about a non-twinkish race to go in. Probably a lot less ‘tearing apart’ done to those.

And no one RPs Jawas properly, I agree, but that’s because they think they’re supposed to be cute or fucking playful. -_- Nevermind them being highly sexist, complete scavengers, swindlers, crooks, and borderline slavers when it comes to their children and women. They get together to swap and sell not only their findings, but their offspring and mating devices as well. I think they’d be awesome, if they were forced to adhere to this more correctly… I’d like to see that rule about being set human if you’re ‘lame at being whatever you chose’ enforced more often.

The only time I’ve seen it enforced was when a few RPCs were trying to gangbang me because my Pau’an was being ‘too mean’. Holy retarded – Roleplaying your race has nothing to do with maintaining the exact same emotions as the helpfile (based on Wiki that anyone can edit) says. But their culture and general beliefs being completely ignored… That’s something they should spend some time getting after people for. Jawas should be app-only, IMO, or restricted to Tatooine unless they apply to be able to leave the planet. Or something. Because it’s become retarded how much people get away with being cute little micemen.

Just because a Jawa doesn’t leave Tatooine doesn’t mean he isn’t a mean little crook rat-bastard(literally).

Oh. And saying ‘They can’t be borderline slavers because they have no combat levels!’ is ridiculous. Aside from Combat main Jawas being incredibly useful, the MUD-decreed levels have little if ANYTHING to do with the culture and roleplay of a race. IMO, with the way the levels are set up now for them, the average Jawa should be combat main since they were actually pretty alright with their little ion blasters and other blasters if they got their hands on ’em. I’ll use SW Battlefront 2 as my reference for this, argue it’s canoninity all you want, but the simple fact that they’re usable as a faction kind of hints that maybe they aren’t the pushovers you think they are. And they’re only ‘enslaving’ their own children and women, who they out number and/or are bigger than.

And their science needs to be dropped severely, btw. Shoddy craftsmanship = 150 science.

Most people who make jawas, don’t make them for RP they make them for levels is what I’m saying. Even if I am wrong. Most jawas who leave Tatooine get involved in Nefarious activities. Most people who make jawas, join engineering clans and you never see them again because they turn into ship bots(Which is why I personally refuse to join engineering clans as a jawa). But, besides the points made.

One thing you guys need to remember is that this is a Mud, and we’re all playing the Heroes/Villains. Mobs fall under the law of being exactly to canon, perfect stereotypes of their race for the most part. Players on the other hand, have the priviledge of being Unique. As long as you have the backstory and the RP, and don’t be an asshat, you can play just about everything against type. A nice defel. A sex addicted jawa. That’s what makes it a great environment. As long as you do it well, you can play whatever the hell you want (exclusions would mostly consist of non-canon things, like vampires, or people who use magic that isn’t the force, or things that aren’t in icly yet.) So please, stop worrying about how other people are RPing their races, unless they’re being an asshat. Just deal with it ICly, and make the best of it, eh?

Please don’t assume to know what the immortals would do in a particular reason.
