A race that has +35 combat/bh, +3 to all the combat stats, and requires racial RP would not be 0 cost/deposit. Bullshit.
Probably around the cost of a Rodian.

I’m a big fan of the races we have currently getting used.

I dont think i’ve ever seen an Utai or a Nautolan.

Nautolan is only seen for a short while in RotS and in the Clone Wars cartoons. He’s the only one with a lightsaber that functions underwater.

The togorians and trianii are in the books. All books are considered canon.

I’d like to see a Togorian race, because I for one have been trying to suggest a cat-like race for the longest time. Cathar. I agree though, that this wouldn’t be a free race. There’s too many free races or race-points that’re set FAR too low. Like Jawas for instance, alot of people make them for the sole purpose of their stats instead of RPing them correctly. Jawas speak fast, and quickly which is why I like seeing them speaking in broken sentences. But alot of them have them speaking in full setences, but I’m going off topic with my opinion.

I’d really like to see this race in, possibly around the cost of a Wookiee or a Rodian. Combat skills such as them, would be HIGHLY abused. Which is why I’m glad Whiphids were set to app only. Helpfiles, you can find on Wikipedia, like most of the helpfiles.

I’d also personally, like to see Cathar.

Also, Togorian are in Paradise Snare, as well as Hutt’s Gambit. And several other books I’m too lazy to list.
