That’s another thing that’s come up in the past. What counts as ‘let them go’? Just not killing them but imprisoning them instead? How long of an imprisonment? What about a fine? Or do they have to walk absolutely free with no negative consequences for rule 4 to count?
It sounds like a stupid line of questioning, but I’ve seen perms stick because "he didn’t ‘let me go’ and the rules say ‘let them go’, he arrested me and fined me fifty credits instead of killing me, so I permed him"
