NAME NAMES
As a roleplay-enforced game, LOTJ requires all character names to feelimmersive to our general Star Wars environment. Here are a few key rules to
keep in mind while picking a character name:
Be Original: Avoid names directly taken from or inspired by Star Wars canon, or
any other popular culture sources such as movies, TV shows, novels, anime, and
video games.
Stay Appropriate: Ensure your character's name is suitable for all audiences
and does not include offensive or inappropriate language.
No Internet Handles: Please do not use internet usernames or handles as
character names. Your character's name should feel like it belongs in the Star
Wars universe.
Droid Naming: If you are creating a droid character, names can include letters
and hyphens (e.g., R5-D4, C-3PO).
By following these guidelines, you'll help maintain the rich, collaborative
storytelling environment that makes Legends of the Jedi a unique and enjoyable
experience. If you're unsure about a name, feel free to reach out to our team
for suggestions.
If your name does not follow our guidelines, you will be asked to change it
using the &knewname&k command.
