Syntax: feel 'force speed'
The use of this ability gives two benefits to its user. Firstly, it gives them
an extra attack in combat. Secondly, it lets them move with no movement lag
whatsoever. The duration is 2-5 combat rounds, and it cannot be stacked.
If the user is currently afflicted with lethargy, this will instead remove that
effect.
