Syntax: feel fear <target>
Fear fills the victim's mind with unease, and if done a few times, can cause
even a Jedi Master to falter. Fear has ruined minds, caused steadfast scholars
to become jibbering morons, and can make even the most valiant fail to fight
effectively.
The effects of fear can be countered by Force users with meditation or the
'cleanse mind' Jedi ability. For those without skill in the Force, it will
simply pass with time.
