TRANSPONDER

Syntax: transponder
transponder on
transponder off
transponder scan
transponder monitor
This command used from the cockpit of a ship will on it's own show the pilot
the status and options for the transponder on their ship. Anyone with their
transponder set to monitor will recieve a ping while in the cockpit of the ship
when another transponder is set to on. A ship with an active transponder will
broadcast their ship name, current star system, and their current energy level.
