PAZAAK

Pazaak is a card-based gambling game similar to real-world blackjack, in
which the goal is to draw cards to score as close to 20 as possible
without going over that number. The player with the highest score at
or below 20 will win a round, and 3 rounds will win the entire game.
Unlike Blackjack, if you tie with your opponent, the round does not
count.

To play Pazaak, you must first collect a deck of 10 cards, and find
an NPC card-dealer in game:

Different Pazaak cards can be collected around the Galaxy from
stores, via mob-drops, as quest rewards, or from 'booster packs'.

Once you have 10 Pazaak cards, these must be placed into a container
(either one made by an engineer, or a specific deck container purchased
from an NPC). On visiting an NPC dealer that is ready for your game,
you may ask them to explain the RULES (say rules) for an overview
of the commands used in the game.
