We now have envirosuits! This is a type of armor you can wear that lets you
live, temporarily, in the vacuum of space after your ship is destroyed. These
suits are available in some relevant IC areas - have fun exploring 🙂

If your ship explodes, regardless of class size and regardless of blockade, and
you are wearing an envirosuit then you will be jettisoned into space to drift
aimlessly instead of dying. If you are able to eject, that will still take
precedence.

Now here is the fun part... You have a 20 minute oxygen timer (though we may
change this if it feels too long or short) to drift and be rescued (or
kidnapped I suppose).

You can only be rescued by designated ships, which have a special hangar bay
that can accommodate tractor capturing envirosuits. You cannot be tractored
into a normal ship hangar. The first of these ships is now in game and the
blueprint is publicly available. When you are tractored in, you will wake up
STUNNED.

If your ship has advanced sensors and can see how many lifeforms are onboard,
they will also see the race of the person in the envirosuit (or their disguised
race). Everyone else will just see a vague size descriptor.

Envirosuits cannot orbit planets and they cannot be shot down or piloted
around. They just..drift. Note that they can be blown up with grenades (if you
really want to off your character) or if they happen to drift into the sun
(which is unlikely).
