&244[&051:: Legends Of The Jedi&051 ::&244]

LotJ features a unique system of player-owned shops. The following commands
outline the process of buying, establishing, stocking, and closing your very
own shop. However, be warned that the clan that governs the planet your shop is
located on has the ability to close your shop without notice. If your shop is
not regularly stocked, don't be surprised to find it closed one day. Closed
shops will dump all credits and objects in a corpse for anyone to take. Shops
also close down in the event of the owner being permed.

&244Syntax: &051buyvendor
&231Enter any room containing a storekeeper and use the &046buyvendor&231 command to
purchase a deed. A Vendor deed costs 200,000 credits, and will be 'saved' to
your character until you &046place&231 your vendor. You may own up to &0463 vendor deeds&231.

&244Syntax: &051placevendor
&231Enter any empty shop not already containing a vendor and use the &046placevendor
&231command to set up your shop in that room. A Vendor will immediately appear and
a deed will be subtracted from you. Other characters can interact with this
vendor as they would at a normal shop.

&244Syntax: &051nameshop
&231Using the &046nameshop&231 command will allow the shop's owner to set the title of the
room the shop is in.

&244Syntax: &051descshop
&231Shop owners may also describe their shop's room by using the &046descshop&231 command.
This will place the user in the shell editor.

&244Syntax: &051pricevendor <object&051> <price&051>
&231To sell an object, give the item to your Vendor. Prices may or may not
automatically set to a default value depending on the value of the object. To
change the price on vendor items, use the &046pricevendor&231 command.

&244Syntax: &051collectgold
&231To collect the credits that your Vendor has earned, go to your shop and use the
&046collectgold&231 command. All earned money will be given to you, minus a 5% vendors
fee.

&244Syntax: &051vendors
&231The &046vendors&231 command allows a shop owner to see a list of their shops, their
locations, and the credits each shop has earned.

&244Syntax: &051vendors inventory
&231The &046vendors inventory&231 command expands upon &046vendors&231 by listing the items in each
shop's inventory.

&244Syntax: &051sellvendor
&231Selling your Vendor will close your shop and return 100,000 credits to you. To
use the &046sellvendor&231 command, you must be in the room of your shop.

&244Syntax: &051setvendor tone <tone&051>
&231Shop owners may change their vendors speaking tone.

&244Syntax: &051setvendor textcolor <text color&051>
&231Shop owners may change their vendors speaking text color.

&244Syntax: &051setvendor greeting <greeting message&051>
&231Shop owners may change what their vendor says to welcome new patrons into the
shop.

&244Syntax: &051setvendor description
&231Shop owners may change what their vendors description is when you look at them.
This will place the user in the shell editor.

&244Syntax: &051setvendor race <race&051>
&231Shop owners may change their vendors race, but only ONE TIME.

&244Syntax: &051setvendor skincolor <skin color&051>
&231Shop owners may change their vendors skin color.

&244Syntax: &051setvendor sex <sex&051>
&231Shop owners may change their vendors sex.

&244Syntax: &051setvendor hiddenowner
&231Shop owners may toggle the vendors ownership display between the owning
character or clan's name and no one.
