SCREENREADER

Syntax: config +screenreader

Screenreader mode changes certain output of the game so that it's more
compatible with using a screenreader.

- Disables ANSI color for most output.
- Changes the format of certain commands, such as showrace, to read better.
- Highlights keywords with text instead of a color change.
- Prints the speech color of characters you don't know along with their tone.
