CREATE UPTIME

The "uptime" command tracks stats for the mud's uptime. Included in the output
of this command are two uptime counters, one for 'vanity' and one for 'true'
uptime, as well as a leaderboard that details the longest recorded uptime by
build.

Vanity uptime is the amount of time the mud has been up without a crash or hard
reboot. Essentially, this is how long you could have been connected to the mud
without needing to reconnect. Copyovers do not count in this value.
True uptime measures the amount of time that this particular build of the mud
has been running, and gets reset with copyovers.

The Leaderboard lists the top 10 builds by default. Each build is given a "fun"
name which is derived from its unique build ID. These should bee unique, but
are not guaranteed to be. Along with each build is its maximum observed uptime.
If it is the current build, the number (on the far left) will be illuminated in
green, and a (this build) market will appear on the right. If it is the current
boot of that build, you will additionally see (this build) displayed.

If the current build is not in the top 10, you will see it appear in the 11th
row, with the # still accurately reflecting its actual position in the list. If
you wish to see all the builds, you can pass the parameter all. If you only
wish to see builds from the past 7 days, you can pass the parameter recent.

This command also has a version which can be accessed from discord, !uptime.
This command displays the vanity and true uptime values, as well as the "fun"
build name.

Uptime also supports a short format (the default) and a long format for elapsed
timestamps. To see the long format, pass the full parameter.

Finally Uptime gives additional details about each record including when it was
set if you pass the details option.
