Level 85 Engineering Skill
Syntax: upgradeship <ship> <component> <amount>
Syntax: dismantle <ship> <component> <amount>

Required Items: Toolkit, Hydrospanner

This skill allows an engineer to modify an existing ship. The target ship
must be landed inside a garage. An engineer may only modify a ship that
they are either the owner, pilot, or copilot of.

Syntax: upgradeship <ship> limits
The 'limits' option prints out the ship's current stats and the range of
possible values, as well as the size and cost of each component.

Syntax: upgradeship <ship> <component> all
Syntax: dismantle <ship> <component> all
Using 'all' instead of a number will add or remove all possible components to a
ship, up to the ship's maximum or minimum values for it. If the ship doesn't
have enough quota to fit the maximum of a component, this command will instead
add whatever fits.

Syntax: stripship <ship> (must be in a room flagged blackmarket)
Stripship is used by an unscrupulous engineer to strip a starship for parts and
sell the parts on the black market. The engineer must have stolen ship rights
to strip it for parts. Pilots can protect their ships by hiring a skilled
slicer to secure a ships system. Stripping a ships parts will set its stats to
the minimum values. The amount of credits you receive from stripping a ship
depends on your science skills.
