Syntax: feel unfamiliar <target>
This allows a Force user to cloud the mind of their target, erasing all memory
they have of the caster. (The victim will forget all greets/dubs they have for
the caster.) This also leaves the victim's memory foggy for a short time,
preventing them from dubbing anyone until they recover so the Force user can
get away and remain unknown.
