I love to read and add my thoughts to the forums. Feels good to share my ideas and see what other people are interested in and what they would like to add. Even the arguments and flame wars are fun at times, but…

…is it all worth it? Is anything going to come of any of it? (this may be more towards the Imms, but like I said, look up)

      What do you mean?

Stuff comes from forum posting and ideas all the time. You just have to get a coder interested. For example Walldo has been playing with espionage a lot if you ever had an espionage idea now is the time to pitch it to him.

Not trying to say anything bad, but I look at the first page in Brainastorium and I wonder how many of them have been, or may ever be put it? As before, I enjoy the discussion and the flow of ideas.

I don’t have any ideas about Espionage at the moment. I have been playing a few characters that aren’t focused on Engineering and Science lately, so I have to get more of a feel for them first. Most of my posts have been about Engineer improvement because that is what I play a lot.

One thing to understand is that the coders do not have unlimited time to code things. Many times, there are more pertinent issues to take care of. Also, some other ideas that the players like may not necessarily be liked by the staff. And then some issues are not added because of the amount of work that would be required to modify the codebase to support these ideas. Finally, some ideas are not added due to the fact that they would become unbalancing to the game.

So, keep posting your ideas. Just don’t get offended if it’s not well received by the immortals.
