      Okay so my plan is to open a simple deli or burger joint. Nothing extravagant starter menu will offer Sandwiches, burger, hot dogs, bottles of soda, and bags of chips. If I open in a building it will be downtown Houston near offices.This will primarily be for a lunch crowd. I could also get a stand and move as needed around the area. Furthermore I could get a roach coach and drive across town. What do you guys think?

      I vote Roach Coach or building. I had a stand once…it sucked. Two words "No AC."
