Vendors

I realized while stocking my shop that we don’t actually have a command that allows us to describe the vendor.

I think it may be cool if we could change the vendor/race of a vendor, and then descvendor the same as descshop, so that we could get a real feal for the shop we are in. perhaps order them to wear clothes we make them, so that we can just make them seam a bit better than every vendor is the same.

In reality, it should not be too hard to code, considering we have call coded for races. Perhaps we could have their skincolor set and stuff by

When we have them finished, we would tradevendor shop (same as tradedroid player, except you use a room file instead of a player file, there is already a system in place for where vendors can and cannot go, so it should not be a huge problem), and you need to be in the shop the whole time, though as the vendor is there, nobody else may place a vendor there while you work on your vendor.
