      So guys and gals. What do you think of the ability to aim and snipe? Like I was thinking today that a sniper is very precise. Capable of hitting a target up to a MILE away. I am thinking that it would be very logical for someone with aim, snipe and the deadeye feat to be able to shoot someone in just about any bodypart they would choose to.

      Its just and Idea, but I think it would add a little more versatility to combat then charge murder, flee, heal, repeat, and it would make snipe rather fun and useful to use.

      Years ago, I said that deadeye should have a chance to wound a random body part. I still think it should.

      yeah. I am thinking more like aim <target> Direction <bodypart>.

      This idea sounds vaguely familiar to me and I definitely like it. I think for the sake of keeping the skill balanced the sniper should lose their aim if they move from the room they took aim from. That would make it so they only get one good “free” shot before their target is alerted, but if they land a head shot that could be huge. Even causing a wound at all would give the sniper a serious edge in combat. I also believe a key aspect of this mechanic would be that it works exclusively with the dead eye feat and not just any Joe Blow character with snipe and aim.
