Skills at 100% should never fail to initiate. I’ve noticed on a few skills lately (doorcut, buildship, and a few others) occasionally fail to start at 100%. I feel like if you’re at 100%, you should always know where to start. It’s fine if they have a chance to fail after the skills complete, occasionally you are not going to be able to cut through a door, but not knowing how to start when you’re 100% proficient in something is a little ridiculous.

I failed at launching taxi with a char who has small spacecraft at 100%.
