Ok, I have two ideas for the security skill. As it stands now the security skill is a clan based skill more or less, for government style clans.
IDEA 1) Instead of the skill notifying the PLANETS governing clan of a security breach. the skill can only be used when the player using it is in a clan. Thus the security being installed is linked to the clan that is installing it, and not the planets governing clan. This will allow more usage of the skill and make the skill useful to more than just the government style clans. Another option on this same note, SYNTAX: security <clan name> This could allow the security to be installed by one person and have it notify another clan.
IDEA 2) Security for ships. This could allow an alarm to go off inside the ship that notifies people ONBOARD the ship to unauthorized access attempts to give them time to react. Could be installed in the engine room
These are just a couple thoughts I had… Hope to hear some kind of feedback about it.

I like idea 2 and always kind of wondered why there wasn’t such a thing. As for idea 1, I’m not sure I really get the point of making it that specific.

I think it should be that specific so that individual companys such as AEW or TEC can protect them selves… such as life in the real world… if someone trys to steal a ship on the planet they are based out of… they have no way of knowing it unless a governing clan chooses to tell them…. really how is that fair?
