I think that if you are capable of making armor, enhancing armor, and learning the armor-crafting feat, you should be able to restring. My suggestion, make restring either a level 100 skill, or incorporate it with the makearmor skill.

I’ve never understood why Enhancearmor was level 32 while Makearmor was 100. I guess one could make the armor and give it to their lacky that only has 32 engineering. But really? When would that situation come up? I say make it all 130 (Enchance, makearmor, restring and the armorcrafting feat).

Yeah that’s my point to. How the hell can I make almost perfect armor, but can’t restring it. And enhance armor is worthless unless you hit level 100 so might as well make it a 100+skill. Corey understands me!
