Refresh
Currently @ around 100, it only gives ~500 movement back with a 78-111 rnd debuff on it.
Suggestion: increase mv restored by 1/2 max and increase debuff to 125-150 rnds.

Refresh feat can change the tide of the combat if your team members have flurry, I think it should remain this way. So more movement points from refresh = Not a good idea <!– s:P –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_razz.gif" alt="" title="Razz" /><!– s:P –>

Aye thats what I had in mind. However. I feel the current amount isn’t enough. Maybe have it restore 1/3 of your maximum which would all most people an extra flurry or possibly two. That doesn’t seem overpowered. Again REFRESH debuff could be increased to compensate.

500 movement is already good enough for an extra flurry; it was set at that number for exactly that reason, I believe.
