Okay, I skimmed the whole forum, and I’m surprised I didn’t find anyone having suggested this one. There’s an armor feat that increases an armor maker’s ability to install underlay, so…
Why not have a medical feat that increases the effectiveness of cybernetic surgery?
Normally I’d flesh this out a little more, but I’ve only been awake for ten minutes, and I didn’t want to forget my idea before I had a chance to post it. *yawn*
