Make it work!
When I originally suggested the idea of cameras to Ghost, I had intended for them to work like microphones, where you tune it to a channel and get to see everything happening in the room, not just a snapshot of it.
Maybe make it so that you need a mic in place to hear stuff from the area at the same time. Which brings me to my next beef, microphones have a broken color tag before them. It’d be nice if they showed which comlink was buzzing, as well. Oh, and while we’re on the topic of all of this stuff… make it so a concealed mic / camera is considered persistent until someone searches for it and reveals it. It’ll make sharp eye and camera_sweep worthwhile.

Microphones do keep working as long as 1) No crash, 2) Someone notices it with sharp_eye/search

On the one hand I agree that the suggestions sound rational and I support them.
On the other hand there are, as always, balancing issues involved. It’ll make camera_sweep/sharp eye too necessary. Maybe you should also consider some changes to balance things out, such as the camera/mic occasionally failing, displaying the wrong image or something… I don’t know.It just [i:chw0gyvt]feels[/i:chw0gyvt] like too much to me.
I can forsee people searching each and every room of the major clans on a daily basis!.

Well, good! It takes effort to get into a clan base. You need slicers and protection. It’ll stir things up a bit. And that just means people will have to be a little safe about where they meet.
