  Alright, I have a quick suggestion. I think the MP cost for makecutter is absolutely outrageous. I’m suggesting a nerf to the MP cost for it. I can understand a 300-500 MP use, but 1300-1900 per cutter is a little crazy. Thoughts?

  Nah. Although I do think cutters should require workshops instead of refineries.
