    speaks for itself. If in the command room on a planet, it removes the planet from its controlling clan’s control and sets it to ‘a neutral government.’

    That is vaguely neat, however I don’t like the idea of giving the leader such power. It ought to be something that you need an Imm approval for, and well RP’d.

    Why? You don’t need an imms approval to take a planet (except for safe worlds). Why would you need their approval to set one neutral?

    It’s just my personal opinion, but I think that it would be bad RP if someone "abandoned a planet just like that"
