Leadership is such a blah class, why bother having so many feats for it? Some of them could just be skills. I mean for a class that has three skills, they have a lot of feats. Make some of the feats skills, and keep some as feats or maybe remove them and replace them with something better?

One thing that might be interesting for leadership to have would be formation abilities to reflect their strategy know-how. When leading a group (Or battlegroup?) they could activate certain formations that change the groups resistances and weaknesses.
Something like: formation arrowhead
Leader cries out a military order and his group begins to shuffle into a formation.
Leader and his group shuffle into an arrowhead formation.
Then they get a rock/paper/scissors bonus to the group which can then be countered by other formations. They might also get certain group skills, like for example:
Charge: The leader can rally all of his troops to charge at a blocked exit, if successful they will trample through as one.
Certain formations might make skills more or less successful. (ie, Charging a phalanx formation would likely fail). Things like dat.
