Helping them n00bs.

Just do this via your RPC, as you have access to the Newbie Academy. I’m sure the Role Play Council could be viewed as instructors and teachers that are helping people get through it, from an IC point of view, without the purpose of having them stay there longer than needed, as real RP should occur in the main parts of LotJ. Honestly, giving people another badge to feel important just doesn’t cut it, the same people that would apply to be in this newbie-rp-helper-rpcpart2-clan should be able to help them on OOC without the shiny badge. As far as newbies asking questions on OOC and them not being answered, immortals and rpc have access to ooc and can see the questions.. where normal players would usually ignore them, I’m sure our staff could step up (like I’m sure they already do) to answer.
