      I have been playing around with Fortify since the fix was made to make it so it can only be used when standing still. This is great, it does make it a lot less necessary/OP but in the process, I noticed that it can’t be activated while in combat.

      This should be changed only because if you’re in a running battle, which is almost every battle on LOTJ, the requirement to not move as well as not being able to activate it in combat makes it not impossible but extremely difficult to use to the point where I probably would just give up on attempting to use it and just tell people to take another feat.

      Not without adding a cooldown to it or making it take a round or two to activate, no. From a common sense perspective, how exactly are you going to dig in and defend a position whilst running back and forth over it or being smacked with a vibroblade?

      Also, since this is a leadership feat, it requires a group to use and your groupies can rescue you so you can slap down a fortify. Sure, you can’t do it with a called mob but still…
