Spy <target> – a silent look, allows you to look at someone without the target noticing.

This is either great or bleh. We recently got tuck and palm, so I don’t think we really -need- another skill. However, this would make an awesome feat, and I can see a similiar one implemented for hunters to bypass the message from using true_examine. Make it a FEATFEATFEATFEAT feat.

I spy, with my little eye…

      Something BLUE!

No, but really, good idea. And not even a feat, just a normal skill.

      feat – shifty eyes

The reason I wouldn’t want to see this as a feat as opposed to a separate command is that some people use ‘look’ during roleplay. While you can still emote that, well, it’d be less convenient.

It wasn’t suggested as a replacement for look, but an alternate command. I agree though, it should be a skill and not a feat so people have the choice between obvious and being sneaky. And if it is a feat it should go to BH so it turns true_examine into a silent command. Even though i know a million people will go "Its called spy, it should be in espionage, omg noob!". But a command doesn’t have to be classified to suit, so to them i say stfu!

Edit: And instead of spy it should be shifty eye’s, cause that just sounds cool.

The main reason I thought of it being an espi feat is that espionage has no feats yet. Also, being a feat does not mean it should automatically turn look into a silent one. It should be optional.

Name me one feat you can turn on and off. Skill feats aside.

One used with a command; and it could be the first one.

Awesome. Feat. FEEAAAT. There are some things that just shouldn’t be common. I think this is one of them.

I disagree. Unless somebody is being a serious creep about it, it’s pretty easy to tell if they look at you or not.
