The energize command is only used for stockish-crap datapads like the glowing one, and the wristmounted one. When you buy them it’s out of charge.
So, I propose, we make it so datapads actually run on charge. Just a thought.

I’ve had a custom datapad run out of charge. I don’t know how, but it did.

A lot of things make your datapad run out of charge… Just not the normal datamem functions, for some reason, I don’t think. Monitor_camera definitely does, and I’d imagine some other slicer skills do as well.

Maybe there should be more ways for a datapad to run out of charge then. Or make it so they run out of charge more rapidly then taking 40 years.

I played slicers forever. remodulateing takes a chunk as well as a few others.
