I think it would be a nice idea if, whilst in a [BANK] tagged room, you could exchanges credits in an account into an item called "A 1,000 Credit Note/Stick/Card" (Whatever is more Star Wars-y). These could only be exchanged in banks for the amount you made it representative of in the first place. For buying things from shops, and such they wouldn’t work. It also opens up the possibility of "fakenote", for slicers finally getting a feat, where they can duplicate a real into a fake, and fakes/reals can only be authenticated through an SRK+ Datapad.

      And then you know, Banking Clans. <!– s:) –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><!– s:) –>

The problem with banking clans, just like a clan run by a Hutt or whatever, people know from the start that the clan is crooked. They’re like walking cliches that people know they’re going to get screwed by.

However, I do like the idea of getting slicers some feats

I personally like this idea a lot…I believe this idea is the best way to implement finances into the game and have crime lords or even honest working financial keepers make a living. Slicers could be given a some great things from this, and so could smugglers. I only see good roleplay being brought into the game with this sort of implementation

It could also help tie in with the slicer ideas myself, Walldo, Kirash and others posted in the &quot;Slicer Ideas&quot; thread.

Also, banking clans aren’t inherently crooked. That would make them crime clans.
