      Pretty straightforward, a clan mail account that comes with every clan. If you want to send mail to “The Galactic Republic” you will simply address it to them in the TO line. They can check it by having their “clan_mail” empowered members. Since there may be more than one have the ability to remove the mail restricted to the leader and their number one and two.

      This would be good because you never really know when who from that clan is monitoring, this will be a sure-fire way to make sure your message gets to -someone- within the organization you’re trying to reach.

      I’ve suggested this a couple times on OOC and the forum as well.

      Mostly because I hate it when I send my armor order to a person in a clan and then they decide to take a vacation without passing on the order.
