~130 combat skill. Charge weapon. Must wait one minute for weapon to fully charge, then you can initiate combat with a strong first hit. Like what Ambush does, only use it once but it starts combat. With a repeater this means a power shot then regular repeater fire. A rifle may use it to create a better sniper shot, which in my opinion needs to be done because sniping in the real world is an extremely deadly practice, and needs a bit more power to have any real value for a 130+ combatant.
All complaints will be ignored in the order they were received.
Constructive additions welcome.

As someone who doesn’t PK regularly, I dunno what to think of this. Sounds cool though.

It would need to be extremely (likely gamebreakingly) powerful to do more damage than a regular [b:33rpm7m9]murder[/b:33rpm7m9] with a repeater… and if it were put in, I’d want to see it react like a real blaster would, the ammo cartridge gets fused in place from the heat and the weapon is rendered useless.

Why not have it so sniping has the ability to aim added to the feat to distinguish an experienced/gifted marksman. It more or less equates to a single improved damage shot, already takes long enough to aim so good luck trying to get a second one off before they chase you down. IMO Repeaters are already good enough and i don’t think they need another damage increase as is. Learn to use aim IMO, at least they know you’re trying to hurt them… more <!– s:P –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_razz.gif" alt="" title="Razz" /><!– s:P –>
