      Ok, so I have been working on a script that uses variables for running cargo, so people do not need to constantly change multiple triggers, and can instead change 1-2 variables and have themselves ready to go. I will explain the variables for you so even the newest user of Cmud can understand the basics, but first, here is the script!

      Ok, so for those who do not know how to enter this script into your Cmud, I will explain.

      Importing the script:

      2)To save as an XML, you must have the save set to All file types, it can be selected in a box just under the name you are saving the file with.
      3) When opening Cmud, go into your LOTJ session, and click the triggers button at the top. This will make the triggers window appear.
      4)Go to file -> Import XML
      5)Select the XML you have saved prior to this.
      6)Upon selecting the file, it will be added to your Cmud Triggers, and you will see it in a class folder.

      Now that you have it imported, you will need to decide what ship you use, and enter in some information for variables. Once you select which ship to use, you can follow these instructions to make it part of the script:

      2)Click on @Cargoship. For this variable, you should be putting in the long name of the ship you plan to use.(e.g. Mark I Bulk Freighter ‘Fate’)
      3)Next, click on @ship. This variable is widely used in this script, and should be the short name to the ship.(e.g. Fate)
      4)Click on @Maxcargo. This variable defines the max cargo your ship can hold. for Mark I, it should be 10000, for Wayfarer, it should be 7000. Check your ship and make sure you use it’s max count.
      5)@Cargosell is the last one that you will have to change pertaining to your ship. The number that is shown when you click this variable will be the number of units you sell each time they triggers tick. I sell in increments of 1000.[/quote:1nciip56]

      Now you have to select Which planets you wish to use. I have 4 routes currently for everyone to use, I will do custom route for this script, you just need to give me the planets you wish to go between.

      If a route has a line through it, it is currently disabled. you can enable it by right clicking it and selecting enable. I advise only the current route be enabled, and that when you are done running cargo, you disable the folder that contains the entire script.

      The folder Planets under the folder Cargo has a list of planets with cargo at the end(e.g. @Corelliacargo). When you click on the variable, you will see a resource. This is the resource you want to sell on the planet that is in the variables name. Change it to whatever resource you want to sell on that planet. These variables also decide what you buy on the other planet that you are hauling cargo to from the planet you are on. Make sure you are buying low from the opposing planet of the route, and selling high on your current planet.

      That should be all you need to know in order to run this script. you only have to change variables, never the triggers.

      REMEMBER THAT I AM DOING ROUTES OTHER THAN THE ONES IN THE SCRIPT! JUST LEAVE A POST IN THIS THREAD WITH THE POSSIBLE ROUTE YOU WANT AND I WILL LOOK INTO IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

      A nifty feat I have in mine for ALC. You type in [b:3tc9d8m9]cargorun start[/b:3tc9d8m9] and it says:
      "Modify these fields: cargoset <mainship / hangarships (off/on if you have more than one cargovessel aboard) / cargotype1 (bought on planet A) / cargotype2 (bought on planet B) / cargosell1 (sold on planet A) / cargosell2 (sold on planet B) / planet1 (planet you start on) / planet2 (the other cargo planet) / shipcode (the hatchcode of your ship)> <value>"

      So it can all be done with aliases. The planet coordinates and pads are automatically recognized by the client with aliases and variables. Once you’re ready, you just type [b:3tc9d8m9]cargorun ready[/b:3tc9d8m9] and it starts doing it! I did not include the system I use for depositing credits so that you guys won’t go botting too much.

      All you have to do to start the script is first follow the steps in the first post of this topic, and then type
      buycargo @ship @Planetcargo @Maxcargo

      Change out @Planetcargo with the planet name in that line. If you are buying cargo to sell on naboo for example, you would use:
      buycargo @ship @Naboocargo @maxcargo

      Please remember that you should have all of the routes except the one you are currently using disabled, and when you want to stop running cargo, it is usually best to disable the entire cargo folder.

      On a side note, I am currently working on alias’s so that you can just type in startcargo and it will run the script if you have everything set up. I am trying to work on using multiple ships since troll mentioned it, though it may take some time since I will be working for the next few days.

      I will be trying to find some new stuff out and hopefully I will have a new little feature for LOTJ soon enough for Cmud users.

      Unless troll has recently made the triggers on Cmud, he doesn’t have them. I will run a test script for you within the next week, I don’t have as much time to actually do everything that needs to be done for it.

      I have given him Cmud though, so I would assume that if he actually uses it he will have the script made for what you want soon enough.

      I use ALC as my main client. Because I like the scripting through that way. Not too flash on XML.

      Ok, did some fixes and changed some things with the script to make it a bit more managable for those who use it and didn’t really take very much time to get to know it. the cargo you sell/buy for each planet is now @planetcargo (example = @tatooinecargo) so you can set for yourself what you want to be selling/buying for each planet. I am thinking of a way to make it so that you guys can just do 2 planets in a variable, and have it so that it selects which landing pad to use, so that you don’t need to deal with the folders. might be able to get it done, but for now, this is the most up to date version.

      Since troll has done it on ALC, I will look into using multiple ships and loading/unloading them. just need some time to try to get this going.
