  A new, optional arg for install_camera.
  
  install_camera [label]
  
  So when you enter monitor_camera, it’ll say:
  
  Camera signal read… signal number 1 [Landing Pad]
  
  Just a quality of life thing, since there can be 40+ cameras on a planet.
