Various Changes
A small set of code changes on 10/21/2021
- Autopiloted ships will now pick an appropriate unprotected target when attacked by a protected ship.
- Increased the effect of cargo trading on public opinion slightly.
- Martial law now boosts military presence by 25 rather than setting it straight to 100.
- Event durations are randomized by +/-10% so that it's not possible to know exactly when an event was started.
- Increased the success chance when jailing criminal mobs.
- Messages about ships hovering, aborting launch, or exploding from grenades will no longer be shown to viewport rooms of every structure in the game.
